Standard Refund Policy

  • Advanced reservations for June to September of 4 weeks are accepted
  • Confirmation will be given February - March
  • Advanced reservations taken for ensuite, cabins and chalets only
  • A deposit of $100 is required on confirmation of reservation
  • No forward reservations will be taken for powered camping sites (vans or tents)
  • No refund on camping fees

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 20% administration fee on all cancellations
  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit is forfeited
  • Cancellations less then 48hrs prior to arrival - no refund
  • Charlets and cabins early termination of occupancy - no refund
  • Sites will be held until 2pm on the day of request
