Specific Site Requests

We endeavour to ensure all site requests are taken into consideration, however based on availability and operational requirements we are unable to guarantee specific site requests until check in.

Reservation, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposits

Advance bookings: Minimum $200.00 deposit for all bookings 7 nights or longer. Required at time of booking.

All other bookings: Minimum 1 night deposit required at time of booking.

The remaining balance of your reservation is due one week prior to check in. Broome Vacation Village accepts AUD cash or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Alternatively, you may pay your reservation balance via bank EFT transfer.

Email to:  info@broomevillage.com.au if you requireEFT transfer, payments must be received no less than one week prior to your arrival date. Please ensure you confirm your payment with us via email.

Prior to Arrival

Any date changes to your reservation must be received no less than 60 days prior to your original arrival date via email, any such changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability, a credit may be issued. 

All cabin and chalet guests will be required to provide valid credit card and photo ID or sufficient alternative proof of identity. 

Damage / Security Deposit

Damage / security deposit of Minimum $100.00 (dependent on accommodation type and length of stay) may be requested on or prior to arrival. Credit card details are retained in our database for any unpaid incidentals. This is to cover costs of additional cleaning, damages that might occur, whether it was incidental or accidental, Theft and the loss of room keys and gate swipe cards. (Charged at $40.00 per hour).

We are careful to protect the personal information we receive, to store it in appropriately secure formats and facilities.

Refunds and Cancellations

During this time of COVID uncertainty, Broome Vacation Village standard cancellation policy remains applicable to all bookings and will no longer be exempt due to COVID -19 related restrictions or lockdowns.

Bookings made during a pandemic are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.

More than 60 days prior to arrival will incur an administration fee of 1 night.

Less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit paid.

Alternatively, you will be given the option of a credit, Valid 1 year from cancellation date. Credits are not transferable.

After Check in no refund or credits will apply for early departures or amendments.

External Booking Agent

If you have booked your accommodation through an agent – such as Booking.com or Broome Visitors Centre. Their own cancellation policies will apply to your booking and cancellation requests must be made through the individual agent involved.

Securing a reservation by paying your deposit means you accept the ‘Terms and Conditions of our Reservation, Refund and Cancellation Policy’.

No refunds or credits will be issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or cyclone’s; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a cyclone’s direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a cyclone’s strike. Cyclones are unpredictable by nature.

Tropical Cyclones

Broome Vacation Village is not liable for any other costs, evacuation or inconveniences caused by a tropical storm or Cyclone.

Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
