Park Rules

All Park Rules must be adhered to throughout the duration of your stay, any breach of these rules may incur a termination of occupancy. Management have the right to refuse or terminate occupancy at any time, no refund will be given for early departure.

PETS

Unfortunately NO PETS are permitted in our park at this time (Strata By-Laws).

NOISE

Quiet Time is 10.00pm to 7.00am, however disruptive, aggressive or rowdy behaviour is not tolerated at any time. No generators permitted at any time.

SHOWERS/AMENITIES

Please limit the time of your shower as others may be waiting. Children under the age of 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

POOL

Monitored via CCTV. Parents must supervise children under 10 years of age. Babies and Toddlers must be wearing swimmer nappies whilst in pool area.

PARKING

One vehicle per site. Additional boats and trailers must be parked in visitor bays. Please DO NOT park on roads or vacant sites.

POWER USAGE/AIR CONDITIONERS

As a courtesy please turn off your air conditioner when your van is unattended. Please be mindful of using too many electrical appliances at one time.

SPEED LIMIT

Strictly 8km – Walking pace.

DUMP POINT

A ‘Dumpezy’ sullage point is located opposite reception – Please do not empty in toilet blocks.

VISITORS

All visitors must report to office on arrival. Cars or bikes must be parked in visitor parking area and must be departed by 10pm.

CAMP KITCHENS

North and south campgrounds – Sinks, gas burners, toaster, kettle, microwave and BBQ’s. Closed and lights out between 10pm and 7am.  Extra BBQ’s also available near chalets and cabins. All items in fridges/freezers, must have your Name, site number. departure date clearly marked. They cleaned out each Wednesday, any items unnamed will be disposed of.

CABINS/CHALETS

Please wash and dry all your dishes and remove all rubbish from cabins and chalets on departure (cabins/chalets MUST be left in the same condition as on your arrival), otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

SMOKING

Not permitted within 3 metres of camp kitchens, Amenities or laundry’s, office or inside cabins and chalets.

LAUNDRY’S/CLOTHESLINES

Open 8am to 7pm daily. Located at each end of north amenities. Washers and dryers 5 x $1 coins. Clotheslines located at each end. Makeshift clotheslines can be dangerous and are not permitted.

FISH CLEANING

Strictly NO fish cleaning permitted within the park.

FIRES

(including charcoal BBQ’s) are NOT permitted within the park at any time of the year.

MECHANICAL REPAIRS

Strictly, NO maintenance permitted in park.

CAR/VAN WASHING

No washing vans or cars in the park. There is a carwash next to ‘Caltex Starmart’.

MAIL

We do not collect mail. Please arrange mail to be delivered C/- Broome Post Office 6725
